On night thirty-five, after a tension-filled Tribal Council, Jeffrey Kelly, the 15-year-old student from Seaford, New York, was ousted with five votes showing. Jeffrey became the first member of the Jury and will return every round to observe Tribal Council in order to ultimately decide who will be the sole Survivor. Shortly after leaving Tribal Council, Jeffrey stated, "I think that Balboa needs to really look deep into the tribe dynamics and start making decisions that first of all, are for themselves, and second of all, going to make them last longer."

JOHNNY CONTINUES TO DOMINATE

For the second round in a row since the merge into the Balboa Tribe, Johnny won Immunity. It was not even close this round -- it's almost as if no one else should have tried! He is committed to winning as many Immunities as possible, especially after Jeffrey's harsh words about him at Tribal Council, and looks forward to an endurance challenge which he suspect will be coming up very soon.

EX-DRAKE MEMBERS DOWN AND OUT

Seeing a trend forming at Tribal Council, Devyn and Austin, the sole remaining members of the old Drake Tribe, fear that their days are numbered unless dissension develops in the ranks of the ex-Morgan Tribe and keeps them safe.
