TREE MAIL

"Survivorgories"
Back by popular demand, the Castaways will be playing the Virtual Survivor version of Scattergories! Each player was secretly paired up with a member of the opposite tribe, and each pair was given a "Key Letter" and a list of 30 categories. Their challenge was to name an item in each category that begins with that key letter. For example, if their Key Letter is "K" and the category is "Things that Fly", they could put "Kite". For "Sandwiches", they could put "Knockwurst" or even "Knuckle" - it's comical but it DOES fit the category!
Players did not know in advance who they had been paired up with on the opposite tribe, but each pair had different Key Letters. Each player has been scored based on the uniqueness of their answer to each of the 30 categories. If they provide a different answer than their rival on the opposite tribe, they will win 2 points for that category. If they match their rival, they will LOSE 2 points.
Here's where the twist comes in... They're also playing against the HOST! Virtual Jeff Probst played this game with every Key Letter before the Castaways played. The Castaways gain 1 additional point for coming up with a different answer than the host did, but lose 1 additional point for matching his answer. So each player can win up to 3 points per category for a maximum of 90 points. But they had to be careful -- matching both the rival player AND the host will cost them 3 points as well. Skipping a category or naming something outside the category will also cost them 3 points. Scores can fall anywhere from 90 to -90! That's 1, 2, or 3 points (or -1, -2, or -3 points) per category! The tribe with the highest TOTAL score (not average) wins Immunity from Tribal Council.
Players may only do this challenge once -- and once they start, they are not allowed to stop and start over. They only get once chance! And the time limit is 15 minutes. Any player who goes over their 15 minute limit will lose 5 points for each minute (or partial minute) past 15 minutes.
But what about K.J.?

K.J. from the Morgan Tribe was kidnapped by Drake last round. She will be playing this challenge WITH the Drake Tribe before returning to Morgan. She has some added incentive to help Drake win this challenge...
If K.J. has one of the 3 lowest scores on the Drake Tribe, K.J. will receive a penalty vote at the next Tribal Council she attends, whenever that is. However, if her individual score beats at least 3 members of the Morgan Tribe, then she will have individual Immunity at the next Tribal Council she attends. So she had to decide what's best for her - letting Morgan win but getting a penalty vote later in the game, or trying her hardest for Drake and possibly earning herself individual Immunity at her next Tribal Council...
If K.J. is not one of the 3 lowest scores for Drake, but does not beat at least 3 members of the Morgan Tribe, she is safe from the penalty vote but does NOT earn individual Immunity. If she IS one of the 3 lowest scores for Drake but beats at least 3 Morgan members anyway, she will get the penalty vote if Drake loses, and will get individual Immunity if Morgan loses, but not both.
Let's see how this plays out...
